General Policy

At DeshiLabs, we offer digital credits for use on our text-to-speech generation platform. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate consumption of credits upon use, we have a strict refund policy.

Credit Purchases

All purchases of credit packs are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to start with our free trial credits to ensure our service meets your needs before making a purchase.

Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue that results in credits being deducted from your account without receiving the generated audio, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and, if a verifiable error is found on our part, we will restore the deducted credits to your account. We do not offer monetary refunds for such issues.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, such as a billing error or unauthorized transaction, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, please contact our support team at deshilabs@outlook.com with detailed information about the transaction.
