About the E-commerce Helper

What is the Ecom Helper?
This tool is designed for e-commerce sellers who receive orders through social media or messaging apps. It uses AI to instantly extract structured information (like name, address, and phone number) from a block of unstructured text. The extracted data is placed into an editable table, ready to be sent to your courier service or exported as a CSV file.
How It Works
- Define Fields: Ensure the "Fields to Extract" box contains the data points you need, separated by commas. For Steadfast Courier, the default fields are recommended.
- Paste Text: Copy the customer's order information from your chat or inbox and paste it into the "Raw Text" box.
- Extract Data: Click "Extract & Add to Table". The AI will read the text and populate a new row in the table below.
- Review and Edit: Check the extracted data in the table. You can click on any cell to make corrections.
- Ship or Download: Once your courier API keys are set up, you can click "Send to Steadfast" to create a shipment directly. Alternatively, you can download all the data as a CSV file for your records or for bulk uploading.
